 Ideally these repairs will be carried out on the same day of the clean to ensure any mortar is fully dry prior to the application of any roof coating or roof sealing products.

• Replace or rebed any ridge or crest tiles that may be broken or mortar eroded.
• Replace any cracked or damaged roof tiles.
• Carry out any re pointing work required.
• Restore and mortar erosion to valleys.
• Repair or replace the lead flashings.  

This roof repair work would all be carried to the highest standards by experienced roofers.

Once these repairs have been carried out the application of roof coatings or roof sealers can begin.
